Fees and Insurance

I will try to work out a manageable fee and payment arrangement with you. Clients are welcome to pay for each session as they occur and your payments will be recorded on a monthly bill you will receive the first week of the month. I expect all sessions to be paid for at the end of the month unless an alternate arrangement is agreed upon. All information required for reimbursement by your insurance company is included on your bill that you need to submit to obtain reimbursement.

I am an out of network provider. Some insurance companies require “pre-authorization” before your first appointment and I’m happy to explain how to easily obtain this. I do not participate in any insurance panels as an in-network provider. I do not discuss your treatment with your insurance company to preserve your confidentiality and to prevent intrusions into your treatment by your insurance company. However, I will advise you how to proceed to have your sessions with me reimbursed. If your policy is a PPO , you are allowed to go to an out of network provider such as myself and have a portion of your fee reimbursed and sent directly to you.
